1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Panels Stream website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service or purchase our digital products.

2. Intellectual Property & License

All digital products, including Twitch panels, graphics, and custom designs, are the intellectual property of Panels Stream. When you purchase a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the graphics on your personal streaming profiles (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, etc.).

Under this license, you MAY NOT:

Sell, resell, rent, or sub-license our digital assets to any third party.
Redistribute or share the files with others, including "sharing" with friends or other streamers.
Claim the designs as your own original work.
Use our designs for commercial merchandise (e.g., printing them on T-shirts for sale) without a separate commercial license.
Modify the graphics for the purpose of reselling them as new assets.

3. Premade Packs

Premade packs are sold "as is." While we ensure they meet professional standards and platform requirements, we do not guarantee they will look identical on every screen due to different monitor calibrations. Premade packs are intended for instant download and do not include modifications after purchase unless specified.

4. Custom Design Services

For custom orders, the following rules apply:

Client Responsibility: You are responsible for providing clear references and instructions. Delays in communication from the client will result in delays in project completion.
Revisions: Each custom order includes a limited number of revisions (as stated in the price list). Significant changes to the concept after work has begun may incur additional fees.
Portfolio Rights: Panels Stream reserves the right to display custom-designed work in our portfolio and social media unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is requested and agreed upon in writing beforehand.

5. Payments and Pricing

All transactions are processed in USD through secure gateways (PayPal and major credit cards). We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. However, once an order is placed, the price for that specific order is locked and will not be changed.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service and revoke your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms of Service. In the event of a license revocation due to a breach (such as unauthorized resale), you must immediately cease all use of the graphics on your channel.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

Our graphics are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Panels Stream makes no warranties, may it be expressed or implied, therefore negates all other warranties. Furthermore, Panels Stream does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on its website.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Panels Stream or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the digital materials on our website.

9. Governing Law

Any claim related to Panels Stream's website shall be governed by the laws of our operating country without regards to its conflict of law provisions.
