1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern the use of the website, products, services, and digital content offered by Panels Stream. By accessing the website, placing an order, making a payment, receiving files, or using any product or service from Panels Stream, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, you must not use the website or purchase any product or service from Panels Stream.

2. Nature of Products

Panels Stream offers digital products and custom digital services, including stream graphics, stream panels, overlays, visual packs, custom design work, and related digital materials.

All products are delivered in digital form unless expressly stated otherwise. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Orders and Delivery

Premade digital products are generally delivered after successful payment through download links, file delivery, or other electronic access methods used by Panels Stream.

Custom orders are delivered according to the scope of work, production timeline, and communication with the customer. Delivery time for custom work may vary depending on project complexity, client responsiveness, and the current workload.

Panels Stream is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate customer information, missing materials, delayed replies, or changes requested after the order has already been confirmed.

4. License and Permitted Use

All products, source files, previews, drafts, design elements, layouts, graphics, and final deliverables remain the intellectual property of Panels Stream, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

After full payment, the customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased product for their own personal or business streaming activity, social media branding, and related online presentation.

The customer may not:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, transfer, or give the files to third parties;
• claim the product, artwork, layout, or design as their own creation;
• copy, repackage, modify, trace, or adapt the product for resale or distribution;
• use the product as a template, stock asset, or source material for further commercial sale;
• remove authorship, branding, or ownership notices where such notices exist;
• use the product in any unlawful or fraudulent manner.

Any use outside the granted scope is prohibited unless Panels Stream gives prior written permission.

5. Custom Orders

For custom design services, the customer must provide clear instructions, accurate references, necessary text, logos, images, and any other materials required for the order.

The order includes only the work expressly agreed between Panels Stream and the customer. Any additional work, major direction changes, extra variations, or requests outside the original scope may require additional payment.

Reasonable revisions may be offered within the agreed scope. Once the final version has been approved or delivered, further redesign or new concepts are treated as a separate service.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on the website are listed for the offered product or service and may be changed at any time before purchase.

Full payment is required before delivery of premade digital products or before the start of custom work, unless Panels Stream expressly agrees otherwise.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any bank charges, payment system charges, currency conversion charges, or similar fees connected with the transaction.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund rules are governed by the separate Refund Policy published by Panels Stream.

Delivered digital products are non-refundable. If a product has been delivered, made available, downloaded, or accessed, the transaction is considered completed.

If a product is license-based and its use can be technically revoked, Panels Stream may decide to approve a refund only together with full termination of the granted license and access rights.

Custom design orders may be cancelled only before work has started. After work has started, concepts have been prepared, or design work has been performed, cancellation does not entitle the customer to a refund unless Panels Stream decides otherwise.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

The customer agrees not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving digital products, access, files, drafts, concepts, or custom work.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened after delivery or performance, Panels Stream reserves the right to suspend ongoing work, deny further service, terminate access where technically possible, and use order records, delivery confirmations, correspondence, previews, and other supporting materials to defend its position before the payment provider.

9. Product Presentation and Customer Expectations

Panels Stream presents products through descriptions, previews, examples, and other visual or textual materials. The customer is responsible for reviewing this information before purchase.

Panels Stream is not responsible for assumptions, expectations, or interpretations that are not directly stated in the product description or clearly agreed during the order process.

10. Technical Compatibility

The customer is responsible for checking whether the purchased product is suitable for their intended platform, software, workflow, or technical environment before purchase.

Panels Stream is not responsible for third-party platform restrictions, later platform updates, dimension changes, upload rules, software limitations, or compatibility issues not expressly promised in the product description.

11. Right to Refuse Service

Panels Stream reserves the right to refuse service, reject an order, cancel an unpaid order, suspend work, or terminate communication in cases involving abuse, fraud, harassment, unlawful conduct, repeated bad-faith behavior, or violations of these Terms of Service.

12. Limitation of Responsibility

Panels Stream is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost business opportunities, reputational consequences, or other secondary effects arising from the use or inability to use any product or service.

Panels Stream is responsible only for the digital product or service actually purchased and only within the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.

13. Changes to the Terms

Panels Stream may update these Terms of Service at any time by publishing the updated version on the website. The version published on the website is the current version.
