Refund Policy

1. General Rule
All products sold by Panels Stream are digital products or custom digital services. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the product, files, link, or access instructions have been delivered to the customer.
By purchasing from Panels Stream, the customer understands and agrees that delivered digital products are non-refundable.
2. No Refunds for Delivered Digital Products
Panels Stream does not provide refunds for delivered digital products, including graphics, stream panels, overlays, images, design packs, custom files, and other downloadable digital content.
Once a digital product has been sent, downloaded, or made available to the customer, the transaction is considered completed and cannot be reversed.
This rule applies because digital products can be copied, stored, reused, redistributed, falsely claimed as original work, or otherwise used after purchase, and such further use cannot always be controlled or technically prevented.
3. Customer Responsibility Before Purchase
Before completing a purchase, the customer must review the product description, preview images, included files, and all other relevant information.
A refund is not provided because the customer changed their mind, selected the wrong product, misunderstood the product, expected features not stated in the description, or decided not to use the purchased item.
4. Incorrect Product, Missing Files, or Delivery Errors
If the customer receives the wrong digital product, an incomplete file package, missing files, or does not receive access to the purchased product, Panels Stream will correct the issue.
- replacement with the correct product;
- re-delivery of the full file package;
- delivery of missing files;
- technical assistance to restore access, where applicable.
In such cases, the remedy is correction, completion, or replacement of the purchased product. Monetary refunds are not provided for delivery mistakes where the issue can be fixed by proper delivery.
5. License-Based Products
If a product is sold on a license basis and that license can be technically revoked, disabled, or terminated by the product owner or provider, Panels Stream may decide to approve a refund only if the granted license and access rights are fully revoked.
In such a case, the customer must immediately stop using the product and delete all copies, files, and related materials in their possession or control.
6. Custom Design Services
For custom design services, a full refund may be available only before work has started.
Once work has begun, concepts have been prepared, drafts have been created, or design work has been performed, no refund is provided. Instead, Panels Stream may offer reasonable revisions within the agreed scope of the order.
7. No Refund Situations
Refunds are not provided in the following situations:
- the customer changed their mind after purchase;
- the customer did not review the product before purchase;
- the customer expected something not stated in the product description;
- the customer no longer needs the product;
- the digital product has already been delivered or made available;
- the product cannot be remotely revoked or disabled after delivery.
